Fosti Motorcycle Manufacture Co., Ltd. (here in after called as Fosti), a company approved in 1988 as a Chinese-foreign cooperative enterprise by the State Planning Commission and the Foreign Economic Relations Trade Ministry, is one of the state-designated motorcycle manufactures and also the key enterprise of Foshan City. 　Fosti is located in Foshan City on the delta of Zhujiang River. In 1995 the company has realized RMB 1,500 million both of production and marketing value. In spired by the visiting of some state leader such as Mr. Jiang Zemin, Wei Jiangxing, Li Tieying, Song Renqiong, Song Ping and other provincial leaders in 1996, Fosti has been assessed "high technology enterprise" by the Science Technology Commission in Guangdong, and had obtained "ISO9001 Quality certificate" in 1999.
